D&A Imports

Used to bring our G63 AMG to this shop and they would constantly tell us that there is a new problem and charge thousands for the job. One day we decided to take it to mercedes and they told us nothing was actually wrong with the car. Since we stopped bringing it here, the car has been perfect. nice people but not trustworthy, and typical mechanic behavior where it becomes a money grab. Awful experience for us, and wanted to share.

I've been bringing my car to D and A Imports for a while now, and I can't say enough good things about the service. Arturo, the owner, is incredibly attentive and knowledgeable; he knows what's going on with your vehicle and never recommends unnecessary work. It's clear he knows his stuff and cares about doing the job right. His wife is pleasant and communicates well, which makes updates straightforward. The whole process feels smooth and professional. I trust them completely with my car. Their prices are very fair and competitive, especially given the quality of work and service. Highly recommend D and A Imports to anyone looking for honest, skilled, and reliable auto repair.

I’m glad I found this place. I’m meticulous and very particular about my vehicles and won’t let just anyone service them.. Arturo and Day make a fantastic team, the communication is fantastic, you never feel you’re waiting for answers and everything is conducted professionally. Arturo knows his stuff, knows BMWs being a tech there, all the issues I had he knew exactly what to do and how to go about it. Very impressed, I’ve had some maintenance work done and just recently had a few repairs that had to go through my 3rd party warranty. They handled everything wonderfully and there was no issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality shop. A++ !!!

We recently took our BMW to D&A Imports for repairs and cannot be more happy with the work they did! Arturo and his team are extremely professional and reasonably priced and they did a wonderful, quick repair to our car. Customer service is phenomenal! They also saved us a ton of money compared to the prices the car dealership service dept quoted us. We will not hesitate to use D&A Imports again in the future.

I should have left this review much earlier in year. I've been here twice, once in January and yesterday. They are excellent. Super professional and reliable. They do great work. I was referred by a few friends who already have their vehicles worked on here. Definitely my mechanic of choice moving forward. Thank you again for the work you did on my vehicle.
