DAB Towing & Recovery

I truly can’t speak highly enough about the service I received from DAB. After making the questionable decision to drive in a snowstorm — and the even worse decision to take Corinth Mountain Road — I ended up being one of about five cars that went off the road that day. I hit a barrier, slid across the road between two oncoming vehicles, went off the opposite side, through a ditch, and finally came to rest on a snowbank. It was frightening, chaotic, and overwhelming. Henry from DAB came out to assist, and by the time he arrived, the mountain road was in complete disarray and the police had shut it down. Would give zero stars if possible. They will call you back and ask if they can do it the next day as it is a danger to their guys to have them on a snowy road, ironically this is when competent towing is most needed. They will agree to have it towed first thing next morning no matter what. You explain the situation and how it needs to be winched out. When they arrive they will say it can't be done. You tell them they are an incompetent tow company as you just had another vehicle in the same location winched out a few days ago by a different company with ease. They then will get upset and say that it can be done but just not for the price insurance will pay. They will then insult you and tell you that they've been doing this longer than you've been alive. Amazing service and reasonable price! Was visiting from out of town and found myself on the side of the road with a totally blown out tire. They were there within 5 minutes, and got me to the tire shop without issue (and a lovely chat). Once at the tire shop, the employee there started raving about what a great company they are and then someone in the waiting room chimed in and doubled down on the love! So thankful for them!

Drive wheel stuck in a snow drift, this company was dispatched by my insurance company. They were on time, safe and professional. My man had me out of there in abiut 10 minutes. Highly recommend 👌
