the person (male) i rcvd the quote from was very helpful, and when I called back to set up an appt, again, a male person was very nice and cordial he answered all my questions and quotes were sent promptly. The parking lot is somewhat cramped, but they are rather jammed on a small, unusual sized lot. The job was done in about the exact time they stated it would take. and exactly what was quoted! It hasn't been that long since my repairs, but so far so good, with no issues. since I had to wait a few hours for my repairs to be done, I waited in the waiting room. Not comfortable at all, very hard wooden chairs, seen a coffee maker, but no offer was given , rather think it's more for personal use than for customers. 4 stars for the work done and competitive pricing, I shopped around qui

I will update my review (if possible) to include information on the work done to my vehicle but wanted to just drop a major shout out. I was recommended this establishment by a coworker who clearly has done his research. Other shops ive worked with seemed incredibly reluctant to offer any sort of information until youve spent money with them. With Daddios I think my first phone call was nearly 20 minutes and I genuinely can't offer any aorr of constructive criticism. Daddios maintains the "old school" style business model where taking care of customers is the priority. In a world where most business treat customers and an obstacle to get money Daddios takes the opposite approach. They were willing to give me diagnostic work and a quote for free. Anna is so fun to chat with and the techs are quick and so friendly. Makes me feel right at home :) (I’m sure Tony is super but I’ve never met him, haha) Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and the list goes on. I would never choose another service center in Point over Daddios! They’ve helped me with a myriad of appointments over the last 8 years, two cars, and handful of unique problems. I’m always happy to support this business and recommend them to others. 🤩 My Chevy had a wonky TPMS sensor and they fixed it in 15 mins and I was on my way. I intend to drive my car for as long as it lasts, and I know when it needs service, this is where I’ll take it! They deserve every single 5 star review they have!

Went here for a long while and they have always been helpful and treated my car exactly the way a true mechanic should. I would keep coming here but a job change moved me 3 hours away. Wish I could take them with me! Thanks for everything!

Outstanding customer service, great communication. I like that I can text with the office. Anna and the whole team are clear communicators, they are kind and respectful. I never feel jipped or made to feel dumb. Many employees have taken their time to tell me what's going on and fill in my knowledge gaps.
