Soap is so thick from the brush, it takes you a while to wash it off. Maybe thats the point. Good location and clean area.

On Feb 3rd. I pulled up to the kiosk and paid for my wash. Then when I went to roll my window up it wouldn't go up. It broke right there and I had to drive away and just let someone have my wash. I sent them an email explaining the situation. I told them I know it's not their fault my window broke. I just wanted to get the wash I paid for. They verified the charge and sent me a code for another wash. I appreciate that very much. The auto wash is actually very good as well. Will be using this place as my main car wash from now on.

Literally took the clear coat off of my passenger side last week. Loved this place until then. It felt like the brushes were so heavy they were shaking the car. The damage it did is upsetting and getting it repaired is going to be rough.

Don't waste your time and money with this crappie car wash 2 different times and it doesn't give any good soap or remove dirt I'll never be back you suck

I have a new car. I purchased the membership so I have been running my car through the automatic wash at least once a week for 6 months. It has damaged the paint and its finish with lots of scratches and swirls. I think I will be able to fix it with a good cutting compound and follow it up with a good polisher and wax/sealer, but the days of using auto car washes are over for me. This is the only car wash that I've used, so I know the damage is from here. However any auto car wash can do this. So beware. I knew this and still did it anyway. My own fault. It will be most noticeable on dark colors, especially black.
