Daddy Sam's Car Wash

First off I used quarters for the first part of my car wash. I had a dollar in my pocket so I went ahead and stuck that in. I guess they think dollar bills are tips because it did not give me any credit at all. I then finish my car wash hit it with the wax then rinsed it then put spot-free rinse and left. I got on the highway and headed home like I always do from other car washes. I got home and the whole car is covered in water spots really really really bad. So now I need to spend more money to rewash the car and then pray all these water spots come out. If they don't then I'm going to have to do the whole process of removing the water spots with that stuff from My Chemical Guys which is not as cheap.

I forgot the Wash Bay number, but I went there to wash my truck, and there was no noticeable detergent on the wash cycle selection. The pressure was good, however. The Wash Brush and the Rinse selections also worked well.

Don't use this place unless you enjoy washing your car without soap. Update: Allow me to clarify. I will gladly rescind my review. One more visit to give you the benefit of the doubt. I'll even upload a video to validate a 5 star review. Respectfully, I want to give you 5 stars.

New Braunfels is not a ghetto..I grew up in the ghetto and the ghetto had car washing places in better conditions. For example: I could trust the machines not to be selfish (steal) my quarters and actually dispense the cleaning supplies, the vacuum to actually have the attachment (or is there a machine that dispenses those too?), the vacuum to last longer than 2 mins (technically 1 min 45 seconds), and a vacuum that actually sucked good (hard to find those that suck well). Classic car washing... yea, right. The only thing classic about this place is the dozens of warning signs posted about surveillance. @daddysamscarwash..look on the surveillance tapes from Thursday night (02/28) about 11:50pm and you will see me lose my quarters at both machines.. how about paying me back the money you

2nd time I have been here in 6 months and it's only gotten worse this time I spent a total of $10 and didn't even get the tires clean due to not 1 but 2 hoses being broke in 2 different bays. Not only problem that is here after spraying what little I could off the tires they ended up getting dirty again pulling out of the bay because of the amount of mud that hasn't been cleaned in a week.
