This place was a blessing. I’ve been having a long week, and as a mom, even something as simple as getting an oil change felt impossible. I tried one of the mainstream “fast oil change” places and everything was ridiculously packed. The dealership didn’t answer, but James at Dad’s Auto Repair did — and he let me know he could get me in. When I arrived, he immediately took care of me and had me in and out with top-tier customer service. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. My 4-year-old son and I enjoyed watching the cars go by while my car was being worked on, which made the wait easy and stress-free. Locally owned and operated. Fair, transparent pricing without upsell pressure of any sort. Eager to help customer service. (Shout out to James, Alan, Helver.) Comfortable, modern, AC waiting room. A breath of fresh air compared to the generally dismal state of affairs in this industry. What's not to like? I'll keep bringing my car back for routine maintenance! UPDATE: Took my car in a few weeks after my first visit for a tire rotation. James serviced the car quickly with just about no wait time, and pricing was great.

I finally found an auto repair place I can feel comfortable taking my car to. Staffs are cheerful and the waiting room is clean and neat, price is reasonable. James took care of me both times I visited, he is very quick and thorough, and very friendly!! Charlie manages the place and he is very nice too. I used to have to drag myself to go get oil change and others, but now I am enjoying going there to just to feel their vibrant energy 😃 You don’t need to make a reservation for oil change or small things, but it’s easy to make an appointment online and they will welcome you like a VIP, which makes you feel nicer 😁 Their customer service is superb!
