Dad's Camper Rentals

If I could give -5 stars, I would. We rented a camper through Dads for a horse show at Harrison county fair grounds 3 weeks ago. The pictures online did not depict the actual shape the camper was in. Upon walking in, the stench of musty mildew hit me like a wall. As soon as you open the door, there was a 3 foot long water stain coming under the wall and out of the bathroom. The shower l drain was “repaired” (caulked so much the water couldn’t drain properly and there was standing water in the shower before we ever used it). This is when we initially tried reaching out to Dad’s to try to speak to someone. Left message. No return call. We then attempted to shower. No hot water. My husband goes to inspect the propane tank and it is leaking. Tried to call AGAIN. No answer, no return phone c

This place absolutely SUCKS!! 1.) When we first walked in the camper smelt like the foot. To the point that it was hard not to gag. Upon inspecting it was actually mold I'm assuming from the look of the floor by the shower. I don't know whether I got used to it or the gallon of Pine-Sol I poured in all the drains helped. 2.) Along with the God-awful smell the camper was dirty as hell. My feet were black from walking around barefooted. .3.) After realizing how nasty my feet were, it was time to shower. First, I noticed the amazing caulk job they did on the drain then noticed there was no hot water. I go outside and check the propane bottle, and it was leaking. We needed some extra sleeping space when we visited family in Gulfport, MS. Amber and Kristine were great! The camper was delivered, set up and picked up at the end. Kristine even came back because she wanted to add some extra bracing to the tires because the slab was on a little bit of an incline. The camper was clean, delivered on time and everything was in working order. We will be using them again for sure!!

Gulf Coast Campers has provided the very best in customer service and in the campers that they provide. Our family has been using them for many years now, and the staff (Christine, Amber, & the rest) feel like family. They are extremely accommodating and their campers are always beautiful and clean. I can not say enough good things about Gulf Coast Campers!!

This is about my 6th year using Gulf Coast Campers. I have had excellent service from them. One summer we had a bad rain storm and rain was coming in the roof of the camper on the bedroom side. They came out immediately and took care of the problem. They are very caring and appreciative of the business they get. I highly recommend them and plan to use them again this year for my summer camping. Love the fact that they come out set everything up, camper is always clean. Then they come and pick it up. There’s nothing for me to do but enjoy my vacation.
