Rude people literally listened to a guy named Jeff I believe yell at someone over the phone because he was short staffed, as a customer service professional you need to stay calm and be RESPECTFUL

Shop bought a transmission from them for my 2010 Camry and it leaked. They replaced it with another and it leaked. Called them and they said it did not leak with them and would not replace it. Had to take it to another shop and they replaced it and no problems. Called Daffron and told them what happened and he got very rude and said I told you I am done with this and won't replace. I said I will bring it up there and you can refund my money and sell to someone else if you say it does not leak. He said "you don't want to come up here". I felt he was threatening me.

Friendly professional experience they had my parts ready when I got there for a very reasonable price

Honest and dependable. If Scott tells you he will do something, consider it done for the price he quoted. Great business!

The owner or the man at the register was extra nice , they went out of their way to help my cousin get a part for her vehicle . she needed it early that morning so it would be fixed before an important appointment that afternoon .
