DAG TOWING

Quick service, knowledgeable, went the extra mile to make sure my car was towed safely. I normally have a difficult time with people loading my lowered civic. Guy was great and understanding.

My car died while driving and Dylan came to tow it. He was quick, stayed in contact with me and was kind. He thinks it's the alternator, I appreciate him checking to see if it could be fixed easily. He towed it to a shop, dropped off the key and filled out the after hours envelope. I thought I would have to follow and do all of that. He sent me pictures for confirmation. Also, I saw him load it up, he was careful and safe with my vehicle. It's freezing outside with snow everywhere, I'm so thankful for his help.

I highly recommend DAG Towing. Thomas went far & beyond customer service. He was extremely friendly and was genuinely concerned about my wellbeing while I was waiting for his arrival to tow my car. Thomas wanted to arrive around the same time my ride showed up so I didn’t have to be alone. He even took the time to show me what was going on with my car so that I could relay it to my mechanic. Huge thanks to this towing company for coming out tonight hours before a big snowstorm to tow our Jeep to the mechanic. They were efficient, friendly, and kept me updated on their ETA the whole time, which really helped ease my concerns. The whole process was smooth and stress-free during what could’ve been a very stressful situation. Highly recommend!

10/10 experience with DAG. The Tow truck driver was very helpful and quick to respond. They walked me through the steps of what was happening to my vehicle every step of the way and did an excellent job delivering the vehicle. Will recommend them to anyone looking for a tow .
