Dail Transmission & Total Car Care

This is one of the most honest car mechanics I have ever encountered. I have had everything done here even a new transmission. They are reasonably priced and very knowledgeable. I trust them with every aspect of my vehicle and would take my car there over the dealership. I have never had a bad experience and have been going there for over two years now.

I recently had a lot of work done on a car that means the world to me. Isabel is wonderful, honest and knowledgeable. The shop feels like family, welcoming and friendly. I can't explain it but it is the first time I have truly felt heard and listened to in a mechanic shop and that's priceless!

This review based on one of my drivers experience. I own a medical transportation service and I sent my driver to get his vehicle inspection done from this place. He had a terrible experience with one of the Owner or a manager. Driver was on the phone with his family in his country and it was a family emergency. Obviously he had to use his native language to speak. He had his head phone on he wasn't talking loud because I was on the other line,and one American gentleman told him to go outside and speak because my driver was using his native language. When I heard that I couldn't believe myself, because this country is a free country and that's his 1st Amendment right! And the owner came out and told the driver not speak anymore or he can go outside to cold weather, which was 18 degrees Fa

When I took my car in for repair I was literally afraid to drive it, it was making so many noises that I would just put the music loud not to hear all the weird sounds. Had brakes done, battery replace, suspension replaced and windshield wipers replaced all in a timely manner and very professionally. I was kept updated on all the work and they even provided photos and videos. I am super satisfied and would recommend Dial Transmission 100% for all car mechanic repairs and needs. I definitely give five stars to Dail transmission and total car care Inc. First let me share a little bit of what happened to me I went to East Main Street automotive before for a sensor replacement the truck was for two weeks there and when they told me it was ready the truck doesn’t start up correctly and the check engine light still was there so drive the truck to my house and it was worth that it was the truck doesn’t run properly so I come back the next day and the told me it was the transmission then the catalytic converter so I take the truck to Dail transmission and total care inc the people working on this place are amazing they know what are they doing the service is amazing the owner lady she is amazing she communicates with you she explain step by step and she always is making
