2nd time in a row that we have had to run card twice in order to do a complete wash. 2 weeks ago it shut off 1 minute after swiping the card. Charged 3 dollars for that and had to swipe the card again and charged a total of 8 that time. This time got halfway through rinsing soap off and it shut off 6 minutes after starting the wash. Had to swipe the card again to finish rinsing it off. Absolutely ridiculous. Won't be using this place again.
I paid for the $12 car wash which is supposed to be the “everything “ included in it, well my windows are still dirty, spots everywhere (was supposed to be spot free rinse) and dirt in a lot of places. I will not be using this car wash again
I use the manual car wash there and i love it! High pressure and great options!
I got the monthly, since I live off a dirt road.
Best customer service if something goes wrong!
