This gas station includes a nice food and beverage (plus other handy items) shop and full inspection services behind the pump stations. It has several competent mechanics on site. I took my car for safety inspection. The service was fast and thorough. They identified 3 faults with my vehicle which they were able to fix within 24 hours at a very reasonable price which included Uber rides to get me home & back. Ricky on customer service is fantastic. Excellent experience all round.

Been using Dale City Auto Services for the last several years. Originally I used Lake Ridge Auto Care and had the feeling I was getting ripped off there. Sure enough I was right. I found Dale City Auto Services and haven't looked back. Ricky and his team have been top notch and have serviced my Pacifica and Rogue. Great pricing, great service. Would give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!

Rickey was the best! I came in panicked and upset about a mistake I made and he calmly addressed my concern and fixed my problem. The man was down in staff, had no help and still managed to smile, make customers feel at home and was so helpful. I appreciate him immensely! Ladies, take your car here for a competitive price and he won't scam you!

I was having some issues with my car and I pulled into this service shop without a prayer. I was greeted by Max who asked me what issue I was having. Not being mechanically inclined myself, I described my issue to him. He took the time to listen to what I had to say and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. He got me set up with service and had me back on the road in no time. Amazing people and amazing service. Didn't try to over sell me on services unlike other shops. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for good honest shop that does good work! Ask for Max!
