I purchased my new vehicle from this dealership and have generally had a positive experience, which is why I chose to return here for the dashcam installation. While the installation was completed, the process took approximately 3–5 days. My main concern was communication during that time. I was not regularly updated on the installation status and had to call the service department almost daily to understand the progress. Even a brief update or an estimated completion timeline would have made the experience much smoother. I value this dealership and chose to come back because of the trust I have in your team. Improving proactive communication during service visits would greatly enhance the overall customer experience. Thank you for your time and attention.

Great customer service! The service department had my truck serviced and me back out on the road in a little over an hour. I do not regret purchasing my oil change service packages up front when I purchased my Truck considering the cost savings and convenience, it’s really a no-brainer. Their service waiting area provides a wonderful selection of complimentary coffee options, functional and comfortable workspace for me to still be productive while waiting!

Probably the best experience I’ve had buying a new vehicle in 20 years. David, our Salesperson, was friendly, knowledgeable, funny, not pushy and just an all around great guy to talk with. The showroom was clean, smelled fresh and was a pleasant environment! The rest of the dealership staff was friendly and professional! A really nice experience buying experience at a great dealership!

I scheduled service two weeks ahead. I brought it in on Thursday morning for transmission problems among other issues, and was told it would take 24 hours for diagnostics. On Friday, my vehicle was not ready. I did not have use of the car over the weekend. On Monday, no progress. I called Tuesday, and was told that service would be completed be end of day. It wasn't. I couldn't pick up my car until Wednesday. And here's the problem: the transmission light was still on. The vehicle was not repaired. It seems that there is no first gear. I paid $1,600 for a new battery, oil change, and tire rotation? Your service department is not reliable. Now I need to call around and find another shop to actually fix the problem with my Yukon.
