Bayron went out of his way to help my daughter when she was stuck in the snow during the most recent storm. She was traveling home to the Worcester area from work and was stuck on a side road. He towed her car and went out of his way for her and got her to a safe location. Thank you Bayron!!!!! Michele and Jennifer

Had the pleasure of working with Dale's from a AAA tow assistance call, Ed was the driver who came to help over in New Salem, what a great experience! I had gone to help my college student who got stuck driving home with a bad thermostat only to then have my car experience a fuel injector issue while trying to "rescue" my kid. Ed was so awesome and had to make not one but two trips that night, such a gentleman. Thank you Dale's for saving us from a snowy crappy Friday night and thank you so much to Ed for being such a trooper and helping us out.

My car was in a very challenging position on snow and ice and stuck in park on a hill!! I had my car towed yesterday and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Byron was the tow truck driver, and he was absolutely excellent. He was professional and treated my car with great care. What really stood out was how friendly and reassuring he was—he explained everything clearly and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
