I did end up going to him he was the only one that would do it at a reasonable price he had to have cash though so I had to go source some cash to pay him and to get him to do it but he did it and did not have a problem with his work at all very good very conscientious and one thing he did that most other shops would not do is the The amount he quoted to do the job he stayed at that amount I had a previous quote of the same price after they had the car in their shop they called me back and said hey we have to charge a minimum of $900 to do this job well they already had the car in their shop right well guess what I had the same thing occur at Wilson Auto repair anyway I told him forget it bring it back to the house that's when I then took it to Dale's because he guaranteed the price no exu

I posted an earlier entry 18 Jan. 2013 that is worthy of review. It can be found at Dale's main page , Company Info, Customer Testimonials.....so it is about time for an update. Basically no change (which, for me, is a good thing). Still utilizing Dale's for servicing our vehicle, and still satisfied with everything. They have well withstood the 'Test of Time', which in today's very competitive marketplace speaks volumes. Having said that, they have not sat back and rested on their laurels, but rather have continued to stay abreast & up-to-date on the constantly emerging latest technology. It is not the most convenient repair facility for us as it is about an hour's drive from where we live, but we consider it well worth the drive.

The great Team at Dale's have been 100% on key with their friendly and knowledgeable service for my vehicles. Their intimate knowledge of my A4 Audi, E34 BMW and my Dodge Ram 3500 are industry leading. I trust Dale's to do the job right every time (or I know they will back up their work) Every estimate I have ever received prior to getting the work done has always been fair and very competitive. I totally recommend Dale's Auto!!

I am so Glad to have found Dale's. They have guided me well in proper maintenance and worthwhile upgrades to my Ford Superduty. Service is excellent. Staff are excellent. Hats off to Jameson and Mike on the advice they gave me when deciding on tires, wheels and a leveling kit.

Hi I had my water pump go out a few years ago and Dale fixed it for me, he also fixed my monte carlo for me about 10 years ago and saved me a lot of money and did a great job! I was having issues with taking my car into shops and getting them back just for them to break again and i have NEVER had that problem with Dale he actually fixes it right and does not make up a bunch of "repairs" hes a great mechanic!
