DALE’S CAR WASH

Laser wash ate $11 and didn’t let me get my car washed. 12/17/25. No number to call no attendant. Ended up feeding the machine another $10 for the wash I wanted. I’d like a credit for the money spent and the service not provided. Also to note all the self bays are closed. I know it’s December but it’s a 55* degree day. I hate that this place is so MEH I would use it often as I live across the street from it. Lesson learned stay away

Jan. 26, 2026-Payment accepted, however wash did not work. No option for refund. Phone number is fax (only). Sad service, avoid at all cost. Await rainfall to clean your car. Is there anything less than ONE STAR?

This is the worsttt car wash. Do not go unless you want to waste your money! First I went to the drive through car wash, I ended up paying for the car wash for it to never start. Then I went to the self serve car wash and there was no soap in any of the car washed just high pressure water. So if you only want to water your car this is the place, but besides that it’s just a scam. Please save your money.

Two of six self serve bays operational. I’ve seen so many people turn around and leave during a peak period. You could’ve made so much more money if you’d just put in a little effort to have more bays open.

Wish I’d checked the reviews first. Visited 9/17/25 needing a quick wash and decided to give this place a try. Most bays were closed. In one bay the card reader never registered; the next bay finally took my card, but there was no way to add time without swiping again. The high-pressure soap had no soap, the tire cleaner didn’t work, and the tri-color foam didn’t have a hose attached—so it spilled from the ceiling and splattered me. The foam brush’s red soap stained my hand and wouldn’t wash off. This place feels neglected, which is a shame. Self-serve washes are rare, and with basic maintenance—working card readers, stocked soap and tire cleaner, and functional hoses/brushes—this could be a solid spot. Missed opportunity.
