Dallas Brake & Alignment

After driving around early in the morning trying to find a decent near by location . I called this place for brakes concerns and they helped me right away. I looked at their reviews and as I walked in a gentleman sitting help me on a very fast paced manner. Very impressive customer service and you can tell his very knowledgeable and explain my concerns. 5 Stars already at that! Not to mention their lobby is well kept clean- and fridge is impressive stock up for any customers needs. Will definitely come back for any car problems related! I thought I needed new brakes and called them on my way to work to see if they had any availability. He was so kind and informative and told me to come on it. All 3 guys in there were as sweet as could be. The called and said everyone up there had looked at them and test drive it and my brakes still “had plenty of life” and didn’t need to be changed. In that moment I gained so much trust for them. I dropped my car off and wasn’t even on site. They had every opportunity to take advantage of me and change them anyways to get some money, but they didn’t. I will definitely come back, because of their customer service and trust worthiness.

I was in Dallas from North Dakota and had a rattle in the front suspension and stopped to have it checked out. I was very impressed! The service writer and technicians were friendly, the shop and waiting room was clean and they were able to get my vehicle looked at right away. They took my vehicle for a test drive and spent over 30 minutes checking the suspension, brakes and steering. They let me look at the vehicle when it was on the lift when they checked it out. As a mechanic and auto repair shop owner I was impressed! Not only did they go out of their way to help someone that was from out of town, they also said there was no charge! We were not able to find a source of the noise but I felt completely comfortable that I would make it back to North Dakota to do my repairs. They are ama

This is a great shop, got me in early aligned and oil change quickly. They are great with communication throughout the process with great attention to detail! Highly recommend this honest shop!

Friendly, honest people. Treat you like family when you go up there really nice and they don't seem to over charge like other places.
