So disappointed in this business. I have used them for several years for incidental things for both my vehicles. On 12/6/25 I dropped off my SUV for brakes/rotors and oil change, as Josh had quoted me what I thought was a fair price. (I should have noted the "red flag" when I dropped off the vehicle and the young male key holder rode up on a bicycle late to open the shop.) I explained why I was there and the kid asked me what I'd been quoted, I told him and he picked up the phone and walked outside to "order the parts". Not sure why he thought it was necessary to do this in secret, 2nd red flag. He told me it would be 2 hours so I left the vehicle. FOUR HOURS LATER they told me it was ready. I went there to fix my car, and they installed very cheap parts without telling me. After only a few months, the same problems came back. They try to look professional, but the quality of work is very poor, and I suspect some of the workers there are not legally authorized to work. This place is untrustworthy and unprofessional — be careful before taking your car there. I am sharing this so others don’t face the same issue.

My wife's 2018 Tahoe was reading #8 injector misfire and Dallas Car Care heard, listened, and repaired our car in two days‼️👊 At a REAL reasonable price too‼️👍🏻

I have used Dallas Car Care for years, and although we may not have been their best customer we were regulars customers coming in several times a year with our 2007 Escalade ESV and 2001 Corvette. Rob and Dave are the owners and on Thursday June 10, 2021 I called up to the shop and talked with Rob. I told him the AC in my Corvette was blowing hot on the drivers side and cold on passengers side and although I was pretty sure my left actuator was bad I would like to get a charge on the AC to make sure the problem wasn't just low Freon. I asked him how long it would take since I had to work Thursday evening at 6:30. He told me an hour and I said be right there. Dropped it off at 2:45 and asked him to call me when it was ready. I thank God that I had a wonderful friend who recommended that I should allow these guys to take a look at my vehicle. I had another Auto Repair place who didn't do the work right. This Shop did and at a price, that if I had taken it to the manufacturer it would have cost several thousands of dollars more. Service was excellent 👌 ask Josh great guy. I pray much success for this business
