After calling my insurance and possibly my parents insurance, I was looking at almost $500 tow from DeSoto to Denton when my truck gave up on me. I saw this company’s ratings and called them up. Significantly less than a few other places and the sweetest dispatcher (Stacy) got me set up. Then Scott showed up in about 45 minutes. When I say I was so glad that I called them, that’s an understatement. Scott chatted with me all the way about literally everything without skipping a beat, included my kiddos in the conversation (also shared his Oreos with them) and made me feel better about a really cruddy situation. Bought a Motorcycle from someone and was having a hard time finding someone for the long tow. I called other places and I’m still waiting for a return call as I write this.
