Dallas Radiator - Muffler Inc.

Took my new car to me to do repairs; suspension work. I priced 3 shops including this one. Dallas radiator was more affordable; They explained everything to me in detail. The owner took his time to explain so I could understand what I needed with out all of the extra add ons everyone else wanted to add. Will be coming back for any future work.

I had radiator flush service completed here. I called beforehand to get some info and a quote. Raymond took good care of me while on the phone and after the service was completed. (He mentioned some things to be aware of for my specific vehicle that may cause issues in the future, as I have >100k miles.) A woman greeted me right when I arrived and was very kind; she also handled the payment after the repairs were completed. The service didn't take that long. Just over an hour or so. I'm very happy with the experience, as well as the price. I recommend checking this shop out. I would just mention (as with any shop) to confirm the pricing before your vehicle gets serviced.

Our recent visit to this place left me extremely disappointed. Initially, the person I spoke to on the phone seemed friendly as we discussed getting an oil change and regular service for my Hyundai Sonata 2017, along with installing a splash guard I purchased. However, upon receiving the bill totaling $196.51, I was shocked. These extra charges were never mentioned during our conversation, whereas I usually pay around $80 for everything with a branded company including oil filter, cabin and engine filter, To make matters worse, they neglected some basic tasks. There was no mileage sticker placed on my car, they didn't check the tire pressure, and they failed to refill the windshield water. Dallas Muffler was by far the best service and customer experience I have ever had! I gave them a quick call and sent in some pictures of my exhaust hanging and he instantly gave me the best assistance in the world. Extremely good prices and multiple options. After getting my car fixed up he walked me through exactly what may happen in the future and how long my car can last! 10/10 service and great prices!
