The behind the counter employee and mechanic were magnificent. These people are honest and expert. There was no charge for a diagnostic and time spent with explanations as to a faulty tire sensor. I have the mechanic a $20 tip. This guy and Damon Auto Is worth their weight in gold.

I will start by saying that I was driving long distance when my car broke down a couple of miles from Damon auto part. The weather was not favorable and I'm from California so that was not fun. Had to be at the Detroit Airport at 5pm to pick up my 90 year old Dad who never turns his cell phone on. Anyway, they looked at my car right away, rearranged some other clients Auto Repair schedule per their okay. They figured out the problem ordered the part,and got me out of there in two and a half hours! So many bad stressful things running through my head on how I was going to get my Dad, if I was even going to get out of there that evening... Super nice people. Car broke down. Needed a different car they drove us to a car rental and didn't charge a thing. We sold the old car to them

If you haven't been here since new owners took over, I strongly recommend that you stop. Store is sparkling clean and free of cigarette smoke, wonderfully organized and Susan is a gem. More inventory, now taking credit cards. Plus they blew Autozones price away. Please support this local small business!
