When I contacted Nadea Van Pelt, our sale consultant, about what type of Ram Truck we were looking for she got right on it and within no time had a couple of options for us. Bought a truck in full and a week and a half later it started to shake. Took it to a local mechanic and turns out the whole frame was rusted out. With the frame being rusted through it was causing friction on the front left tire column, and will cause misalignment down the road. Called customer service and due to the fact of it being paid for and the “as is” policy there was nothing to be done. I was certain that buying from a larger “credible” dealership like Dan deer they would have the due diligence to sell and market reliable vehicles, but it seems I have make an experience mistake.
