If you have other options for loading or unloading, please use a different facility in the future. I checked in at 10:30 AM and didn’t check out until 4:00 PM. The staff at this location were very unprofessional and wasted a lot of time instead of unloading efficiently. I strongly recommend avoiding this facility moving forward.

Quick unloading. Got here around 7:30pm on Sunday and nobody was at the site. Came back at 11pm and was out by midnight. So he told me they close Friday 11pm and start on Sunday 11pm. Monday to Friday 24/7

It is not ok to have your people write down delivery drivers license numbers. There is no reason the company needs the numbers. I get verifying the driver by the license. Are you selling or using the drivers license nbers you collect for unlawful things. It's one thing to want your employees or visitors license. It's totally different to demand people who are just dropping stuff off. Do better Dana

Be warned drivers you can't use the bathroom unless security escorts you if they are there. However, forklift guy tried to help but, no luck . So he unloaded me fast as possible so I can leave to find a dam bathroom. He gets a 10 star 🌟

I had to use the restroom and they told me cause Covid-19 which was 3yrs ago I couldn't use it. Luckily I knew few of the staff and I had to wait for the Sercurty Guard to walk me to the restroom. To few minutes longer but I was glad they let me. I almost took a number 2 in my pants but I made it in time. It is against OHSA safety and regulations to not have proper restrooms or Johnny's on the spot for truckers if they have to wait over an hour. Why I give a 1 star. As for the staff here I give them a 4 just for being respectful.
