I called and made an appointment with Steven, who was the sales representative who assisted me in closing the deal. Respectful, professional and honest was the service he provided me. I was greeted by the Sales manager Al, who was attentive and knowledgeable. Al and I discussed the benefits of an extended in house bumper to bumper warranty, which I felt was advice I should consider. I highly recommend Danbury Pre-owned Center. The service is excellent from start to finish and it is apparent that everyone who works here cares about helping their clients with all of their car needs.  I purchased my Volkswagen Jetta Sport in 2021 and it is still in top tier condition. The sales process was so smooth, and the sales team is extremely honest and helpful. More recently, I had a family member take my car in as I was unsure of how to change my own windshield wipers. I had a wonderful experience at this dealership! From the very beginning, Sean went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. His communication was excellent—he kept me updated every step of the way and even sent detailed pictures and an amazing video of the car before it was out of the service department.
