I can't recommend his services highly enough— he was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and transparent; fielding the innumerable questions I had with warmth and patience. Due to Covid-19, I had to coordinate this preliminary inspection from afar between the dealership and his repair shop, and he couldn't have been more kind, flexible, and accommodating throughout the whole process. This is the best mechanic shop around, Craig is awesome, I have brought three of my cars here for all different kinds of work and have never had an issue.
