Told me they detailed my vehicle. I had to take it back and get it done detailed. Next day my check engine light came on during my trip. Now taking it back again in the middle of my trip again after my father in law was disrespected on the phone. Hoping this goes smoother than what the rest of these reviews have stated had happened to them.

It’s a good shop. Guys know my diesel Colorado better than anyone. But $240 hourly shop rate is insane!!!! Bring your shop rate back down to reality and you have a 5 star shop. But $240 an hour? Holy Lord!!

I brought my car in for an A/C blower motor repair and paid about $850 for a fix that would have myself and my kiddos riding around warm again, just in time for the winter. Since I’m not mechanically confident, I was willing to pay for quality service and professional expertise. Unfortunately, the issue reappeared the same day. I waited in the lobby during the morning repair and was satisfied with the turnaround time. However, within an hour of leaving the dealership garage, the A/C blower stopped working again. I returned that afternoon and was told an electrical connection had come loose and was now fixed. Before even leaving the garage a second time, I checked the A/C and found it still wasn’t blowing air. Instead, the motor was now making a loud growling noise that got worse with hig

If no stars was an option that’s what they’d get. Lack of communication. Took almost a month to fix a front differential and didn’t even complete the services I took the truck in for. I will never be bringing my vehicle back here. Also the price came out to be over what I was quoted but didn’t learn that till the day the truck was finally ready.

Every time I have made an appointment it is at least an hour before my car gets taken back. Not sure why the take appointments if they NEVER actually take the car at that time. The wait is forever. Often it’s a total of 2-2.5 hours for a simple oil change. Do not recommend if you have kids or need to wait for the car. There are at least 8 people sitting at desks on their phones. Perhaps you should train them to be mechanics so people do t have to wait so long.
