Monica-Lynn sold our used car for us in no time. She was extremely helpful and did everything she could to make the process as easy as possible for us. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and everything was done with consideration to our schedule and availability. I would 100% recommend Dannemora Services and Sales.
The buying process was okay, but their "service" department is a nightmare. I purchased a used SUV from them two weeks ago and a warning light came on. I've called three times to schedule a diagnostic check and each time I'm put on hold for 10+ minutes before being told to "call back later" or that they're "fully booked." If this is how they treat customers after the sale, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. What's the point of buying from a dealer if you can't get service?

Do not buy any vehicle from Danmore Ford or the second store Plattsburgh auto sales. These are the worst people to deal with a used vehicle. Got a car May 27, 2025 and on May 28 the next day engine light came on. Been working on the car and getting The registration the second key and cleaning the car for the last eight weeks still have no car today is July 21, 2025. had to already pay two months car payments, but yet no car. The sales person Monica has more excuses than 15 dealers. So do not buy From this crooked dealership.
