I called this business to get a quote for some basic work on my car and the guy that answered the phone had an attitude and answered by saying "whats up?!". Out of shock, I said "hello?" and the guy responded in a bothered tone "Yes! Whats up?'. Definitely unprofessional first impression.

I recently had an issue with my 06 dodge charger that had to do with the water pump, I took it to the first shop and they were charging me 1,100 dollars. I called Dan's Auto Service and Norma helped me in not only towing my car from the first shop to Dans Auto Servive shop, but also charge me EXTREMELY cheaper than 1,100 dollars. Norma, who was extremely helpful would call me to keep updating me on my status of my car, which gave me a piece of mind and not leave me out the loop. Needles to say, my car had more issues the expected and would first confirm with me if I wanted to make these changes made. They explained to me in detail and showed me where the problem was. Once ALL the repairs were made INCLUDING the water pump, my total price was not even close to 1,100!! My car has been runnin

They have a mechanic named Ricky. He was extremely professional and did a excellent job on some body work I needed. Very fair prices and the cleanest repair shop I've ever seen. Any time I need anything to do with my vehicles I'm going back and asking for Ricky!

Bought a cash car thinking ok they seem ok.i wasn't expecting a Mercedes but I also wasn't expecting the front bumper to FALL OFF 6 months later (it was tacked on with 2 bolts as filler). Nor was I expecting the paint to FLY OFF on my front TWO fenders while driving. Air conditioning completely went out in 3 months, headliner fell, and alternator went out. Nope. Unless you're only needing a temporary vehicle for a few months. Oh AND they told me the title was clean and clear when it clearly wasn't. Almost forgot BOTH back windows... yeah both fell off track which in turn caused water damage because I had to put cardboard to hold them up and obviously they would occasionally fall some without me noticing.
