I give everyone a second chance. But these guys disappointed AGAIN!!! I was quoted $360 for a front tire. When I got there the bill was for $400. I had a quote for $340 elsewhere for the same tire but these guys were closer. Big mistake. Again my pristine bike was left with greasy hand prints everywhere. (Same as the first time I was there). And secondly I asked them to tighten up a rattling emblem while the tire was off ( which makes it very easy) but got a rattling emblem and excuses back!! Not big on excusess and shoddy work. Maybe Dan needs to find a new career! Good luck to the next customer if you don't heed my warning..

A friend referred me to this place and I was impressed with the speed and quality. I took my bike to Ride Factory twice and they couldn’t figure out why my bike was shutting down. Dan figured it out in a day and went above and beyond on the repairs. I took him a second bike and will be referring him more business!

My 1998 Road King was new to me and Dan took excellent care of me going through the bike ensuring all systems were safe and road ready changed the oil had his referral 3rd party detail it and I just could not be happier. Loyal customer moving forward.

I made the mistake of taking my 2011 Harley Davidson dyna street bob to Tampa Bay Harley Davidson about a month ago. I just wanted them to balance my wheels as the originals came off somehow. When I dropped it off they said they do an overall inspection of the motorcycle to which i replied for them absolutely not to do. I only want my wheels balanced and thats all. DO NOT TOUCH anything else. A week later I get a call of them saying my battery is bad. It was fine when I road it in. Then they said it wouldn't run and the lights were flickering. I knew right then that they must have messed with it when I told them specifically not to. Went to pick it up and they said I needed a new battery.
