Having to navigate the fallout of an accident, especially one not caused by you, is a headache. Dealing with insurance policies and body shops is not on the top my list of ways I want to spend my summer but the team at Darby’s Auto Body made the experience as pain free as it could be. Though not without some hiccups, Albert at Darby’s and his exceptional customer service helped move the process along. The team was able to complete my repairs an entire week early which was amazing! A picture is worth a thousand words and the before and after shots of my vehicle show exactly how good the repair team at Darby’s is. My vehicle is a particular shade of pearl white that requires a three step paint process which can be notoriously hard to match but the team at Darby’s Auto Body executed it flawl

I got my car swiped by some dumbo in a parking lot and had to figure out who I could trust my car with for repairs. I have no regrets with choosing Darby’s. Albert took my case on and he was so helpful in the entire process. His service was so genuine and amazing. He kept me updated on what stage my car was in and a good time frame on when it would get done. The team at Darby’s has done it again. Quickly got me in and out, while still providing the highest quality work. Got my bumper and headlight back to looking like new. They are the best and only auto shop that you should be going to in the San Diego area. Everyone is extremely friendly and they all want to help. Definitely feels like a family and man am I happy to be a part of it. I am super thankful for them and know every time they work on my car it is in reliable and trusted hands. They did an amazing job color matching and cleaning the scratches on my bumper and clearing up all the nicks! Would definitely recommend for those who have a hard time finding a place to get the right color matching for a difficult color!

I had a great experience with Albert at Darby’s! I submitted a claim through Allstate and was able to drop off my car right away, and Albert provided updates weekly with the status of my car. The damage was more significant than I initially expected so it took a bit longer, but my car looks brand new again!
