Interesting how your representative, Chris H., Is OK with asking customers if they need assistance, but when approached by two Hispanic women at HIS counter, he doesn’t offer help. 0/10 customer service skills, seems like he might need to be retrained. This type of behavior doesn’t generate a loyal customer base. I don’t care how bad of a day you’re having, you’re at work. If someone is at your counter, ask if they need assistance.

I am writing this review while I am left in a supermarket for 4 hours and no one can pick up from the service center. Because Ali, the agent who was supposed to send the driver to me, has left for the day. The service center lady is not authorized to send a driver. And she couldn’t reach anyone who could authorize it. So I am just left in this supermarket. No one let me know what happened to my car. No one can pick me up. But when I called them during the last 4 hours, they just kept telling me to wait and a driver will call me when he is close. If my dead body is found somewhere on my way back to this service center, this is what happened.

They had recently worked on my car. Then, I found this screw under my front passenger seat. Now, I don't know where this came from. UNACCEPTABLE!
