Would 100% recommend this location for repairs! They kept me updated at every step of the way and even communicated with my rental car company in order to schedule a ride to/from Enterprise. They also communicated with Enterprise when the repairs took longer than expected so that I did not need to keep calling. My car looks wonderful and they made the entire process as seamless and easy as possible.

Fraud geico authorize collison center The worst service. I have my car repaired with very small damaged to rear window and big dent at back quarter panel. It took them nearly 2 months to get it repaired and replace used rear door as my car is old. They replaced with faulty and rusted door saying insurance pay for old door. Replacement of old door is not a problem but It doesn’t give you the authorization to putting a garbage and playing with the safety of person. Never trust the dealer for your car repairs. Amazing service. They went above and beyond kept us informed throughout the process returned the car sparkling Clean even gave it back to us early. We would recommend them 1000 times. God bless y’all.

My car was repaired on time and it was done professionally. I was very happy. They also deep-cleaned my car inside and outside after the repairs. Clean job, will definitely go back if I ever need repairs to my car.

I have taken my vehicle to Darcars a couple times over the years and always had a great experience. I’m not sure what has changed in the last year, but I would never bring my car here again. I dropped off my vehicle on May 22 after being rear-ended. The car was drivable, but had damage to the right rear side. June 20 I receive a text message from Darcars saying that they have received all the parts and and are installing them so they can get it painted and finished and then I didn’t hear anything from them for weeks. I call the first week in July for an update and speak with Kevin who tells me it should be done by July 12.
