I was on the phone with a representative after the receptionist transferred me to him. I have no problem with it, he has an accent either Caribbean or Indian accent. I asked him about a particular car that we are interested in and my phone died, and I was not able to recharge it for several hours due to my location. When I called back the same man answered And he took my information and then all of a sudden he hung up on me. That was very rude and very unprofessional. I can only imagine how they conduct business and based on a previous review that you can see here the customer was extremely dissatisfied with their unprofessional service. The worst service ever. Bad rates. Employees are super laid back and simple things are taking forever. The guy was jumping back and forth answering our questions, constantly confusing us and not answering questions straight. We spent 4 hours!!! in this place with zero results. Horrific! We were at CarMax right before that, and it was much more pleasant experience! We saw 5-6 cars we liked, got a quote for top 3 in 15 min, got printouts with all the info, spent max 1 hr for everything. Darcars, do something! Your sales people need training! And please, change those embarrassing cheap water cups, which you are offering for your customers; they reminded me a cup for instant noodles or roadside elote. This is service waiting room. It located at very convenient Rockville. It has tv on the wall, has public restroom, and water in the fridge. It also has a coffee machine at corner, free Wi-Fi for the customer waiting there. Customer service team are very nice, garage was located at back, velvet service was provided. Service may not be the cheapest, but it use genius parts. When you do minor service, like oil change, they will check your vehicle, and provide quote for other potential major issues. Weekend always busy, should schedule major repair during weekdays. For the services, they provide both phone call or online form. Usually they cal a day before to confirm your appointment, and may call you back to get feed back a couple of day later after you done the services at there.

Unbelievable, stay away from finance department! Finance person is a crook and offensive. Making degradation sounds “Ching, Chong...” and offering high interest >6% plus automatically add on disability insurance onto loan amount. Buyer has excellent credit 800+.. Buyers Beware! Especially one with “top producer” awards.
