I had a great experience getting my 20K mile service at DARCARS Nissan of Rockville. My service advisor Mr. Patrick Nugent provided above and beyond customer service and gave me options on service needs. All service was provided quickly and neatly. I brought my 2020 Nissan rogue to darcars for an oil change and transmission "drain and fill" service. Diego, my service advisor, was professional and knew his business. I also had coupons from their website . The service was pricey, but it was completed in a reasonable time, and they also did a complementary inspection. I also had the engine air filter changed as well. In all I am satisfied with the work and pleased with the dealer staff.

The staff here are true professionals. They are courteous, diligent and prompt. They keep you aware of what's going on and prepare you if your car needs additional work. There is a shuttle as well so I won't miss work. I've never been happier than I am with DarCars Nissan Rockville...the service and the Rogue (best car ever). Bought an electric Leaf last year. There was a rebate from the state that we were to receive after submitting paperwork. The salesperson said they would handle it. Months later, we receive the form and a letter stating it was filled out improperly. Resubmitted and still waiting for rebate. The incompetence continues in the service department. Made an appointment for the first service only to show up and be told that the tech had a death in the family and was unavailable. You would think that a cancellation call would go out, but no. I had to take car in to get that info. To make matters even worse, called to reschedule 2 weeks later and tech was still unavailable. I understand that, but why did the service manager say he would call when tech was back and a month later, no call. This
