As a new resident in the area, I was looking for a place that would be thorough, communicative, and take care of my vehicles like I do. I’ve read some reviews about this dealership and saw some good things. I went in person, and setting an appointment with them was easy. I have taken my 2017 GMC Acadia SLT and 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe High Country within the last two weeks, and I have to say, they live up to their reputation. The thorough, detailed reports they provide about your vehicle are excellent. Honestly, better than other places that I’ve gone to. I love how they take photographs and videos of your vehicle to show whether they found an issue, so that you can see it yourself. I am going to take my vehicles here for now on. I like the D'Arcy team a lot. Sales team are helpful, not pushy. The office and scheduling teams are great. This review is mostly for Service. I have an old Chevy vehicle that is at the age where maintenance/repairs are getting common. The service team (advisors and techs) are all very good, and I've always felt confident my vehicle is getting the best diagnosis and repair possible. My only complaint is their service pricing is insanely high. Yes, I know I just said they do great work, and they do, but when repairs cost three times as much as other shops in town, you really need to consider some other options. For example, recently had a repair that D'Arcy quoted $4200. Other good auto shops in town quoted $1,400 and $1,800 for the same work using OEM parts. Hard to stomach such a

Dale was awesome. Really made us feel welcome and it felt like we were buying a car from a longtime friend. Dealt with all of our questions and concerns and even provided options of vehicles for us to check out, which we appreciated. Matt was also great on the finance side. Found us a good rate and got us through the process quickly. He also did a great job breaking everything down for us and what we were paying for.
