I am a customer and this place has Horrible customer service!!!! So my payment receipt says I have a past due of $160 however my payments have been on time and even a few days early for the past 4 months and $20 is deducted from my payment to go towards the past due amount, however that past due amount continues to remain at $160!!!! When I called to see why was that all Alex could say was it's the system,NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! Be aware and alert on your payment receipts if you have an account with this car lot!
