Dropped off the car at Darnstown Liberty Auto service for a water leak when the engine was turned off. They called me back and told me that it wasn’t the water pump which I thought it was that it did in fact was the thermostat housing. I was happy with that. Next day they told me that they had to charge more because they had to remove the intake manifold off the car and replaced the gaskets. The thermostat housing is on the left-hand side of the car nowhere near the intake manifold gasket. Next day they called me up and told me that they put the car all together and it was still leaking and that it in fact needed a waterpump. He added that they put stop leak in it to stop it from leaking. I’ve never met a mechanic to put stop leak in a car unless he’s getting rid of it within a couple days

Brought my car in last week, had them do some work and then more. Had used them on my Mom's car. I have a fairly rare Mercedes and was very happy with the work, price and communication. So far has proven to be nothing but very honest. Like that I interact with the owner versus an Intake Sales Guy which unfortunately many shops have. Also their gas is really cheap as well. So far nothing but compliments and encourage others to give them a try.

This is a will run family business very professional and most of all honest!! They have saved me numerous times when others were trying to rip me off these people help me God bless them!! I would not take my vehicle nowhere else!!! Thank you!!!

I came in for an inspection. During the road test, they took my car to get Neil's Bagels. After speaking with the supervisor, it was clear they didn’t see anything wrong. Using customer cars for personal errands is unacceptable, but instead of addressing the driver's behavior, the supervisor simply said, "Stop harassing us."

Overall experience has been average. Did not like to see them jacking up a Tesla using wood blocks vs jacking pucks that are recommended by manufacturer.
