I brought my 2016 Audi S3 to this shop based on a recommendation from the previous owner and google reviews. I came in for a leak, and the shop found additional issues, including a radiator replacement and other maintenance items. I approved the work and expected it to be handled correctly—especially from a shop that claims to specialize in VW and Audi. My car has several aftermarket parts, and the shop assured me they were fully capable of handling them. They had my car for a couple of weeks, which I accepted due to parts needing to be ordered. Communication during this time was mediocre, and I often had to chase down updates myself. I brought my Mercedes in to have a diagnostic done, since I had just purchased her and was curious about what needed to be worked on. They were thorough, fast and the price was the most reasonable in town. The staff made me feel very comfortable and kept me informed the entire way. 10/10 would continue to use them. Update; I went back for a routine service, oil change, tire rotation etc. They were amazing. They are fast and thorough. I am so pleased with my experience. I will only come here for any work I need done.

Josh and his team at DAS Auto are the only team I trust to take care of my Audi and German vehicles. I have been taking many of my family vehicles there for services over the last 4 years and it has been always a pleasure. I look forward to completing additional upgrades in my Audi this year with Josh’s help.

Great customer service. Diagnosed every issue with my 2014 VW GLI. Got it back up and running in no time for a very reasonable price. Definitely the best shop I’ve ever taken my vehicle to. If I ever need anything done in the future, I know where I’m going.

This shop was the first to correctly identify the issue with my vehicle and explain it clearly. After completing diagnostics and repairs, they went above and beyond by guiding me on exactly what to communicate to the manufacturer dealership so the issue would be properly escalated. Because of their expertise and documentation, I was able to get manufacturer assistance and coverage for the repair, which I wouldn’t have been able to navigate on my own. Their honesty, knowledge, and willingness to advocate for the customer truly set them apart. Highly recommend this shop if you want skilled technicians who genuinely have your back. Will absolutely back (all the way from Orlando) for anything NOT covered by Mercedes in the future.
