Unresolved Vehicle Damage & Poor Communication I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability at this location. I signed up for the most expensive plan hoping it can bring my car good results. However, my new 2025 Mercedes-Benz was scratched on two separate occasions here in January 2026. Both times, I followed the proper protocol and submitted a formal damage report with the staff on-site. Despite being promised a follow-up within 72 hours for both claims, it has been weeks and I have heard absolutely nothing. I have tried to be patient, but the total lack of communication regarding damage caused by their equipment is unacceptable. It really cleans the car. They have wet towels for you to wipe down which ever parts of the car you want to wipe clean. The vacuum very powerful and have powerful blower as well. The restroom is very clean. Service - very nice young people. Definitely recommend this place. Price is pretty reasonable.

So amazing, Carrie has the absolute best customer service shes such a sweetheart. I absolutely love how Kind, understanding and helpful. She was even if it was for a few seconds of us talking. She was very sweet very helpful and extremely informational and I just love all the compliments. She gave me a brighter day during the stormy weather absolutely love this place.
