Dashboard Instrument Cluster

We sent in a dash from a Case loader to have water damage diagnosed and receive a repair estimate. Before sending it, we specifically confirmed with Joe that the unit would be diagnosed and that we would be contacted with pricing before any repair work was performed. After two weeks, we received a call stating they had already attempted to diagnose and repair the dash but were unable to fix it. We were then informed of a $1,500 diagnostic fee — despite never receiving a repair quote or authorizing any repair attempt beyond an evaluation. Communication was extremely frustrating. Return calls consistently came around 6 PM, making it difficult to properly resolve the issue. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is that payment was a bit inconvenient since credit cards aren’t accepted. Otherwise, highly recommended!
