Dave Arbogast Buick GMC Service & Parts

SUV driving good nothing majorly wrong. Took to dave arbogast for transmission flush and got it back and SUV 2018 GMC Terrain starts to slip/shudder after the transmission flush. They tell me I need spark plugs, oil injection so went ahead and got those thinking fix problem. Nope. Got it back Wednesday.. mindful I was suppose to get it back Tuesday but they lost a trim piece/clip from flicking it off with a screwdriver so I had to wait a another day basically to pick up my SUV that still slips/shudders. Now telling me I need a torque converter when it was driving fine before took it in for a transmission flush. One of the main technicians said it was safe to drive off the lot. Sketchy. General Manager Michael even said this happens 1 time every 6 months. Weirdly no lawyer around town will

Dave Arbogast Buick GMC saved us. If it wasn’t for Sheena‘s referral to Randy’s towing, we would have literally frozen on the side of I-75. Our Jeep broke down while towing an 12’ UHaul to Michigan from Tennessee and our insurance company failed to send help for over 2 1/2 hours when it was 2° outside. Frightened and freezing, Sheena advised we call their tow service and within 20 minutes, Randy’s towing had scooped up the Jeep and our U-Haul trailer and delivered us to the dealership who warmed us, fed us and insured that we got the best service possible Thank you, Arbogast staff. Service manager Mike Sosinski is fantastic. I live about 8 hours from Arbogast GMC, but found my perfect conversion van here, so it was worth the drive to buy. Now, with the need for a specialist technician for conversion van accessories, I traveled back for service. Mike and his tech were on top of the situation and quickly repaired the items I came for. The whole operation from sales to service is wonderful. Thank you Mike and team for the excellent and skilled service!!

I’m about 3 months late on writing this review. Actually due for my next oil change. Joey Lucas has taken care of me my last few visits and he’s been great every time. One visit he forgot to apply my coupon and I told him that was okay and we could apply it next time. He kept his promise and honored the deal I missed out on. I told him I would leave him a great review and I hope his boss tells him how awesome he is. 😁
