What an awesome experience dealing with Arbogast buying center! I worked with Rick Scherer right from the beginning and what a fantastic experience. Rick was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. If you're in the market for a new car or selling your own always give Rick a chance to help you out first! Overall my experience with Rick and the Arbogast team was the best selling experience I've ever had.

We went back to buy another car because the experience with Derrick was great they first time around. He gave me a full tank of gas and I got 2 key fobs. If I would of known this car I just bought didn’t have a second key fob before I signed the paperwork I would not of bought the car. Plus it was a hassle just to get a half tank of gas when the car was left on empty literally with the gas light on. Take care of your customers they will come back

Zach and the team at Arbogast helped my wife and I by purchasing our Hyundai for a very fair price. They called our credit union and made the deal extremely easy, a few signatures and we were done. I liked it overall. I gave 4 stars because of some issues I have encountered like the car wash being closed a lot when it should be open and the dealership arguing with me about who was going to repair a minor issue with a vehicle I bought within a week of having it. Tried to tell me I may have to pay and I said no no no... that's not how it's gonna go. Other than those things it was a smooth process with the no haggle pricing.
