Great experience with Dave Mays! I've neglected some routine maintenance on my vehicle and needed to get some work done. The owners were so helpful is diagnosing what needed to be done first and worked with me to fit it into my budget. They also have a loaner vehicle so you don't have to miss time off work. Very professional and great customer service. I'll be back!

Yesterday was my first time at Dave Mays. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. When I arrived to my appointment a mechanic rode with me in my car so he could hear the noises I was describing. The entire staff was welcoming and respectful! My car was diagnosed quickly and they explained to me in detail what was wrong and a plan with the cost to fix it. They even let me know some future recommended maintenance and the cost so I could plan for my future visit. My car has been doing great since being in the shop and I couldn't be happier! I would definitely recommend Dave Mays to anyone, especially ladies that may feel intimidated by going in to see a mechanic.

I have had 3 cars serviced at Dave Mays over the last 4 years. Every single time, the appointment was kept and work completed on time. They worked with me on start times and pick up times due to my work. Would recommend them (and I have to 4 people who were very pleased).

My granddaughter's car was running rough and had a check engine light on. Took it in to Dave Mays without an appointment on Monday morning and by 10:30 that morning the car was repaired. The charge was extremely reasonable and about 10 % of what the dealer had quoted. Dave Mays has a great reputation for quality service at a reasonable cost. I say that reputation is well deserved! These guys are very honest and will charge a fair price for the high quality work they do.

The Team at Dave Mays has saved me twice lately. The first-my alternator went out on my old trusty 06 Element. I was stuck for a way to work. The courteous and highly skilled Team fixed me up at reasonable cost, in a timely manner. Next my AC died last week. The heat lately made driving a hard time. The Team fixed it in one day, and their bug check found two bad tie rod ends, a dangerous condition. This place is honest, courteous, fast, and always looking out for customer safety issues. They always tell you straight when something can wait or needs an immediate fix. What a relief when your ride has a problem.
