I was in need of an auto body shop and was recommended to Dave Sutter Auto Body. Even though I am not fanatic about my car, it's always scary taking it to a new body shop for the first time. I had both a door that needed to be repaired and painted and the front valance replaced. Bryan spent about a half hour with me explaining in detail the repairs that would be made. He also not only gave me several options of how to save money on the repairs but the potential drawback of choosing the less expensive option. He did an excellent job of setting my expectations if I chose the cheaper option. He could have easily just quoted me only the most expensive option and nothing else.
