Rented a U-Haul van from here and it was an easy process. Both pick-up and return were quick and easy. Price was as quoted online. No issues. Thank you!

Went to get an inspection sticker. Keep in mind that he inspected the same car previously. I am an American Black man born in Brooklyn NY. I drove up in the early on a Monday morning, he was just finishing an inspection. Dave turned to me and said, "you have tinted windows you have to take them off." The driver of the previous car was an East Indian male, he started to chuckle! I replied I didn't tint anything. He said that, "the person who had the car before you put them on ." I checked my windows, there is no edge of window tinting. I told him that the car came from the factory like this. He replied "when I put it on the machine it's gonna fail!" I often see older Black Men sitting at the shop, are they some type of cover. I have taken all the of my vehicles in the past, not one

Great vehicle repair shop in Mount Vernon that has been in business since 1939. State inspections are also completed and also they have U-Haul services. Highly recommended.

Terrible service. Dave acts as if he doesn’t want to help you or as if him fixing your car disrupts his life. Wants to overcharge for the simplest things. Very spiteful as well if you don’t let him do something to your car. Do not recommend this place at all. Go somewhere else where you’re treated like a respectful human. I wouldn’t even give him 1 star but according to google you have to at least put a star.

Dave wasn't very friendly nor did he give off a willingness to help. Every response to my questions were to "call the uhaul 1800 number." One of my questions was "How do I get the contact?" I'm thinking Call them for that really?? When I'm renting from you? Why book online if I still wanted to have to call into a queue and wait? I chalk it up to maybe Dave was having a bad day. But Regardless... The Uhaul truck itself was fairly clean minus some sunflower seed shells on the driver's side door and in the front seating. Return process was simple, Park truck, drop key in box located only a few feet away from parking.
