These guys are absolutely incredible. Cant say enough good things! Had a transmission concern on day 5 of a 12 day road trip, called and the owner troubleshooted some things over the phone, ultimately said we can bring it in right away and they would carve out time to take a look at it so we could get back on the road. Dropped it off that afternoon. Next day swung by to check on it around 11, they had taken a look at it and gave the green light that everything was good to go. Absolutely amazing customer service. Personable, fast, and took the time to understand the concern and communicate the findings. Would highly recommend this shop for all your auto repair needs. Oh the pricing was phenomenal as well. Terrible experience. The only guy that works in the front office lied several times about what was going on with my car when it would be done. I paid over 6,000 for a transmission to be put in. And was told they would have it in and then they were behind a few days and then I marched right in there and was then told the transmission wasnt even there yet after being told it was and it would be done a week prior. No communication whatsoever I had to call all the time to find out anything and then it was all lies the whole time. Then the new "owner" tells me 6k was a small amount of money for me to be pissed about! Wouldn't recommend and I'll never be back! They like to lie about everything!!

Good shop, appointments usually available pretty quickly for repairs. Honest about cost, quotes are accurate and prices are reasonable. Not so great thing, they stink at calling you to let you know the status of your vehicle or if additional time is needed. It's difficult to arrange a ride home when you live outside of town if you don't know until the last minute that you need one.

I wouldn't trust these men with crayons, let alone ratchets. TLDR: I paid them $600 to take my car for three weeks and break it. I had a slight tremor in my engine as it idled in cold temperatures. When driving, and when it got to temp it did just fine, it was just a slight issue I wanted to get checked out before the winter got here. I brought it in for what I expected to be a pretty quick fix, likely just a seal. They held onto it for 2 weeks with no updates to me, I had to call them several times after the deadlines they had promised me to get any information on how it was doing. after two weeks they replaced a couple seals and sent me on my way. Was on vacation this week and had some truck problems. Daves Auto Repair was quick to hop on our problem and to get us back on the road. In a world where customer service is a thing of the past we are truly appreciative of the guys at Dave's. They took great care of us, got our truck in and put and charged us a fair and honest price for the repair. Would.give these guys 10 stars if Google would let me.
