I purchased a 2022 Honda pilot a few months ago, I would say I was scammed. The car had so many problems, I didn't know what to do. My friend recommended Daves Auto; she has been their client for years, she said. First, I have to say that everyone is very polite and professional and Kathy in the office is very helpful. The owner took my car for road test and then got it in for diagnostic test, and he confirmed what I was thinking, they sold me a car twice as much I should have paid. Service and Staff are nice, Otherwise there are no integrity with the work. My Car finished condition was a little sloppy. The fuse box cap wasn’t securely put back together and shop has lost my batter minus cap and secured screw. The replied from shop rep also feel like gaslighting.

I really wanted to put zero stars. I recently had to get an engine swap but it was under warranty so long story short I ended up picking up my car my first mistake was not brining my Machanic with me to look over it. I went back to the shop the NEXT DAY because I heard a noise coming from my belt. He looked at it real quick and said nothing was wrong but I know I wasn’t tripping I heard something and a smell. Now mind yall I had an oil leak as well when I first took it to them in my oil pan that caused my engine to go. They also told me they changed everything but come to find out when my Machanic looked over it there was so much things wrong with the car. They used the same oil pan but just put jb weld on it so it was still leaking, Also I have a plastic housing that’s holds my electrical

Finally, I have found my forever mechanic shop 🙏 From the time I walked in , I was welcomed by Kathy who is kind, caring and very professional. I went in for a diagnostic because of my check engine light being on, and I already knew my car was having issues especially that loud noise and squeaky brakes, ugh. I can go on and on and on but I got a quote a fair quote , I needed some sensors and welding on my exhaust pipe that was cracked and of course I needed brakes and rotors, The price was fair , I went in one day and my car was fixed the next day. And I feel like I'm driving on clouds .I am above and beyond satisfied , THANK GOD I DON'T HAVE TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE, I KNOW THAT THESE GUYS ARE THE REAL DEAL , THESE MECHANICS ARE ABOVE AND BEYOND PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH, 💯 THANK YOU ALL F

At first I thought they were great but after costing me $3000 and me still having problems I took it to the dealership and it turned out Dave's broke my intake manifold and tried using something like jbweld to fix which didn't work i had to pay the dealership close to $5000 to basically redo the majority of the work they did. The first time I had it in Dave's was to replace me coolant temperature sensor and when I called a few days later to see what was going on they said it was running rough (broken manifold) so they replaced the spark plugs and were still having problems running rough they said low fuel pressure and replaced the high pressure fuel pump without giving me a price and without getting my permission same with the plugs the new fuel pump blew out some fuel injectors so they r
