Dave's Glass Service

The customer service we have received from Dave's Glass Service has by far been the worst service we have received from any business to date. In early 2025, prior to us purchasing our new home, the previous owners had the windows replaced. During this replacement, the technicians at Dave's Glass broke one of the window frames and promised to replace it free of charge. We moved into the home in February and spent the first 5 months prioritizing other more urgent home projects. In mid-July I began reaching out to Dave's Glass to finally schedule the window replacement. It took me 3 weeks of leaving voicemails for their scheduler, Amber, for them to finally get us on the calendar for September 17th (almost 2 months after I began calling). We were putting in a new piece of glass in a frame in a remodel. We purchased the piece of glass twice and the contractor chipped it both times. The 3rd time I went in they offered to come measure, cut and install in the same day. From beginning to end was 2 hours. Best customer service EVER! We plan on going back for hand rails and a new shower door when we are ready. Great business!

Highly recommend Dave's Glass. Great product, quality and customer service. Our door was installed in the wrong position due to a miscommunication and they went above and beyond to correct the install at a significant cost to the business (they brought in and paid for tile repair). I gave many outs and easier options, but they insisted that it be done correctly and timely. They were a pleasure to work with and made sure I didn't feel guilty about the re-work. I even gave them a generous tip that they denied. I have never seen a business that operates as ethically and customer-focused as Dave's glass. Thank you to the entire team, I love our shower!!

We had a great experience with Dave's glass. Upon contacting the company to replace our sliding glass door window after an unfortunate lawn mower Rock incident, they were able to exceed our expectations by coming out to our house within the week for an estimate. The glass arrived 3 weeks later and they were able to install very quickly. We are extremely happy with the prompt and pleasant service. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again.
