Our experience with Dave’s RV Center was nothing short of incredible. From the very beginning, Dave and his team treated us with so much kindness and genuine care. One team member, Corey spent hours to show us our new camper and made sure every detail was in perfect working order. They also took the time to patiently teach us how to winterize it—something we truly appreciated as new owners. What meant the most, though, were the little things that showed how much they care about their customers. Dave let us use his vehicle several times and welcomed us to stay and camp on-site for a couple of nights due to a snow storm. I cannot say enough about Dave's RV in Danbury, Connecticut, we went back to the dealership 3 times prior to making the commitment to purchase a new RV from Dave's, we were greeted by all pleasant people at the dealership and we never felt pressured to buy, both Dave JR. and Dave Sr. spent hours with us explaining everything and answering all our questions, they also coordinated a company to come in to their facility and apply Ceramic Coat protectant to the RV, the day we picked up our new RV, Dave's RV Technician Cory spent hours with us going over every detail of our new coach which was very appreciated. Truly the best customer service we’ve ever experienced on the road! We pulled into Dave’s RV Center for a Harvest Hosts stay and I began troubleshooting an issue with our Newmar London Air's entrance keypad that had started earlier in the day. While I was still tinkering with it, Dave Jr. himself came out, asked what the problem was, and without hesitation rolled up his sleeves to help. Keep in mind it was already after 5:00 pm and the shop had closed for the day. He didn’t just offer advice, he got right in there with me. He brought out four new connectors, watched me fumble, and with a smile said, “You’re moving too slow,” before jumping in to do the work himself.
