Dave’s Valley Auto was friendly, thorough, and concise with everything my old Dodge truck needed immediately and what could be held off for a little more time. Refreshing and much appreciated. They took the time to explain the ‘why’ behind their findings. I will definitely be using them again.

I went to Dave's for a Pre Purchase Inspection. Brandon spent a good amount of time explaining everything he saw during his test drive and inspection. Saul coordinated my concerns to his team and talked with me about them during the inspection. I think they did a great job. I bought the car given their thumbs up on the purchase. Thanks guys!

I've been bringing my vehicles to Dave's ever since I moved out here in 2021. They've typically done good and honest work at reasonably fair prices but sometimes they fall short and lately I find myself turning to them less and less and taking my business elsewhere. If you aren't mechanically inclined, definitely shop around and do your research before just agreeing to the cost of work. Dave's tends to be competitive on pricing for some things but can be on the high end or extremely outrageous for others. If you don't have a good pulse on vehicle maintenance or you don't do your homework, your ignorance will sometimes make you pay more than you need to at Dave's - sometimes as much or even more than dealership pricing. after being over charged and jerked around by a local dealership - i decided to find an independent shop instead -- so glad i did. While this will probably not be the cheapest -- you definitely get what you pay for. Customer service here is top notch. I needed my turbo replaced in my 2016 Ford Escape Titanium - i dropped it off on Monday, they had me a full diagnosis & estimate WITH PICTURES by lunch on Tuesday. I gave them the go ahead, they ordered the turbo to be sent up next day from Portland, and my car was finished by Friday afternoon. They were always friendly and extremely professional and even gave me a loaner at absolutely no charge. Blaze, Brandon, and Saul all handled my questions and concerns like the pros they are. I will definitely be back for future repairs.

Dave's is a knowledgable, honest, fair priced repair shop. That might be the highest compliment possible for auto repairs. I have had them do work from oil changes to an engine replacement and they are timely and keep to their estimate... but best of all, they're just nice people!
